Legislators' report card

The Utah Legislature is in session and, among other tasks, they are looking at bills ranging from redistributing education funds to redefining access to rivers and streams. They have already killed bills aimed at reducing discrimination against gay people and are still looking at new laws to crack down on illegal immigrants. If you could your legislators a report card on their actions so far, would you give them an 'A' or an 'F'?
