Gas gouging?
It is well documented that Summit County residents, and most Utahns for that matter, are paying more per gallon of gas than most of their countrymen. What's up with that? Do you buy the argument that Summit County is farther from the refineries and so it costs more to get it to the pump -- or do you think somethiong fishy is going on? Please post your conspiracy theory below!

I believe that Park City is simply behind the curve on the decline of gas prices. Park City always drops in price weeks after the gas prices in Salt Lake drop. Additionally, Park City gas prices never drop to the same rate as those found in Salt Lake.
Park City gas prices may never get as low as those in Slat Lake, however, they will continue to drop. The nearly 20 cent difference in cost between Park City and Salt Lake is not reasonable.
Simply give it time, and the prices will continue to drop.
A few months ago, Utah had the lowest gas prices..apparently the conspiracists wanted to lull us into complacency before dropping the boot on us and gouging the hell outta us. Its a classic bait and switch. Bush knew about this and wanted to punish Utah for supporting him. Bush and Cheney decided to get the last few dollars out of Utah before the bottom drops out. From what I hear, Bush is using his ill-gotten Utah gas money to buy an alpaca ranch
Please explain to me how Bush personaly profits from gas sold in Utah?
I didn't realize that the stupidest president in history was is brillant enough to adjust gas prices liket the volume control on his radio.
Please use you common sense before making a claim.
Bush has used his $ that he got from the trilateral commission and the skull and bones society and bought oil shale in Wyoming (Cheney's home state...think thats a coincidence?) where almost all of Utahs gas comes from...Cheney then funnels the money to Bush through Bush's land holdings, which Cheney helped arrange, and through their buddy, Earl Holding, gave him federal land at Snowbasin so that Bush can jack us around because we supported him (AS A STATE!!) so he knows that we won't suspect that he gets a penny a gallon, which he funnels to Oliver North to send to the contras in Iraq. Bush is crazy like a fox!! He's spawned all these "scandals" ( which are all fake!!) to divert attention away from hid "Penny at the Pump" scheme as he rapes Utah blind. Bush Cheny have used us. I only buy about 20 gallons a month cause I ride my skateboard everywhere so Bush owes me about 40 cents that he stole to buy a Zagnut at that 7-11 on the corner of 18th and K in DC...believe me he can sneak out at night and buy a Zagnut and plot the downfall of the western world -- a penny at a time. Bush has used us!

Bush and his evil twin Cheney forced the North Koreans to explode a nuclear device beneath the earth to force oil from Wyoming shale through the San Andreas fault into the Iraqi oil fields so Al Qaeda could siphon off the excess and support new attacks by distraught Yankee pitchers on Americas Iconic luxury apartment complexes in the city of Gotham. The Yankee pitcher once VISITED UTAH!!! Okay, it was a 10 minute layover at SLC, but he was here, and Bush has been here to address the VFW. So, they both have been at the SLC airport, where a secret message was left in the marinara jar at Sbarro...all of which led the Yankees (think it's a coincidence that he played for THE YANKEES??!!!?? ) to lose the playoffs, even though they clearly have the best players, so that the pitcher would have the day off and fly his GAS FUELED plane into a building to eerily remind people of 9-11 and take ALL the pressure of Bush as I had just begun to expose this plot!! The reason Bush has gotten into Apalaca Ranching is part of the conspiracy to soften up Hugo Chavez with a visit to his Crawford Texas Ranch. The visit will include a night of Tequila drinking followed by a run to the border for taquitos and carne asada. Once Chaves is intoxicated and burping up salsa, Bush will propose using NAFTA to trade "All the Apalacas in Texas" for Presidente Chavez's Venezuelan oil. Chavez will be powerless when faced with the far to cute Apalacas and cave in to the Imperialist driven petrol for Apalaca offer madde by Jefe Bush. BRILLIANT!!!
Most of these stations around PC are owned by the Bells. Reaping rewards off the west side. The Bells are jerk offs and profitting whenever they can.
